A fuel card is a payment method for purchasing fuel. Instead of paying at the pump, your transactions are invoiced weekly and paid by Direct Debit. This lets you access discounted prices and better manage fuel expenses. Cards are PIN-protected, and all usage is tracked in a secure online portal.
Fuel cards are primarily designed for businesses, sole traders, and commercial vehicle users, however we also support single vehicles. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, feel free to get in touch and we’ll guide you through the right option.

Your weekly fixed price is published in your secure portal. We’ll notify you once your new weekly rate is available.
Once your application is submitted, it can take up to 5 working days for a decision. If approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your secure portal and next steps. Your physical card will follow in the post within 3–5 working days.
- Diesel users typically save up to 10% against average pump prices.
- Unleaded is usually fixed at 3p below pump.

No. You only pay for the fuel you use. However, some cards carry surcharges for premium fuel or supermarket stations, which will be outlined during onboarding.
You can cancel your card instantly via the secure app or online portal. Please also report the issue to our team so we can block the card and send a replacement.
Yes. You can have multiple cards on the same account, which is ideal for fleets, employees, or where there os more than one vehicle.
Invoices are issued weekly and are fully HMRC-compliant, making VAT reclaim straightforward. You can download and manage them anytime via your secure portal.
Yes. We offer a hybrid card through one of our partners, which allows access to EV charging, unleaded, and diesel, all on a single card. It’s ideal for businesses with mixed fleets looking to reduce fossil fuel usage while simplifying administration.
We separate the VAT on each invoice so it’s clear and easy to identify. This format helps businesses reclaim VAT more efficiently and simplifies accounting.
